Pediatric/Young Adult Testing Psychologist
SF Mind Matters is seeking Licensed Psychologists or Licensed Educational Psychologists who are passionate about assessment for children, adolescents and/or young adults.
Located in San Francisco (near Glen Park), SF Mind Matters offers you the benefits of being in private practice, with the support and collegiality of a clinic. We are a team of life-long learners, who understand that being helpful to our clients means continuing to seek out opportunities to grow as professionals. Psychologists choose their caseload and set most of their own work hours, but collaborate with each other in an effort to improve their skills and knowledge.
We mentor early career Psychologists and those newer to testing. We provide experienced Testing Psychologists with a supportive and collegial private practice setting without the administrative burdens of solo practice. By the end of their first year with Mind Matters, our clinicians typically earn between $3000-$6,000 per month for completing 1-2 evaluations. (Each evaluation usually takes 25-30 hours to complete). We also offer a benefits package.
Experience and training in assessing attention, learning and social-emotional challenges is required. Ideally candidates would also have strong interest and experience in one or more of the following areas:
Autism assessments
Giftedness/2E assessments
Developmental assessments for preschool aged children
College/young adult assessments
Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE's)
